We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Fyntro is an AI-powered market analysis platform that provides technical analysis, chart pattern detection, market data visualization, and AI-assisted trading insights.

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Fyntro does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services.

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

Fyntro offers Free and Pro subscription tiers. Pro features are available upon payment of the applicable subscription fee.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
• Reproduce or redistribute Fyntro's AI analysis outputs commercially without permission

Nothing on Fyntro constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All analysis, signals, patterns, and AI-generated content are for informational purposes only.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, AI models, algorithms, and software, are owned by Fyntro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant Fyntro a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data will be accurate or complete.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. Fyntro is not liable for decisions made based on such data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyntro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
